Ingredient
Fresh mango medium-sized peeled and diced
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp full-fat yoghurt
2 cup milk
2 cup water
Ice cubes
This recipe will make 4-5 glasses of mango lassi
METHOD
Firstly we will take a mango peel it and dice it. Now take a juicer blender and add in 2 cups milk with 2 glasses of water and the mango chunks, sugar and yogurt. Now blend all of these ingredients well until you see bubbles appearing on top.

Now throw in some ice cubes and blend well again. Pour it in glasses and serve in breakfast or dinner. This drink works as a coolant in extremely hot weather. Mango coupled with yoghurt gives a complete gut cure for bad bacteria.
