Gazpacho is one of the most delectable cold soups that originates from Spain. This cold soup is so easy and quick to make. With fresh ingredients and no preservatives added, this gazpacho soup will allow flavors to burst in your mouth.
Ingredients
4 large tomatoes, finely diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced onions
4 cloves of garlic minced
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup bread torn into small bites
Method
We will take tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, vinegar, salt and pepper ,cucumber and olive oil and add them to a blender and blend well.

Now we will soak the bread. Bites the bullet and presses them between our hands to take extra water out of them. Now add this bread. In the mixture and blend this too. Now pour the soup into a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve chilled with fried croutons. The flavour is just amazing, and it’s so healthy and appetizing.
