  • 1/4 sourdough starter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

In a fresh bowl, add warm water and sourdough starter, and to this add flour and salt. Now mix well with your hands until the dough becomes shaggy. Knead this dough for 10 minutes.

Now let this dough sit at room temperature for 4 to 5 hours until the dough doubles in size.

Shape the dough into a loaf or or round shape.

Preheat the oven 230 °C 450 F

Add the dough in a pan according to shape and pop in the oven for 25 -35 minutes

Until golden brown.
