Ingredients:-
4 large eggs at room temperature
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened or blended
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
METHOD
First of all, we will preheat our oven at 150 °C 300°F
Now we will prepare our baking tray by lining it with parchment paper.
Now let’s begin preparing our keto bread. Firstly, we will take a bowl and add egg whites to it by separating the yolks. Now beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, and this process might take 4 to 7 minutes if you are using a hand mixer at medium-high speed.
Now we will mix the egg yolk in a separate bowl with cream cheese and salt. Now fold this mixture into the egg whites gently. Don’t overmix the batter. Now take a big spatula and spoon the mixture on the tray, forming a bubble-like cloud.

Season the clouds with garlic powder and rosemary. Now, pop it in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes until golden brown. You can always experiment with the topping of your choice.
