Try this extremely easy and yummy salad recipe to impress your guests or for a meal prep if you are trying to eat healthy. This cobb salad is so fresh and healthy and is packed with protein.

Ingredients:-

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION

500 g chicken boneless, cut into cubes or strips

1 tbsp mustard

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

FOR SALAD

1 Cup sweet corn

2 hard-boiled eggs

1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1 onion, finely diced

1 avocado diced

1  finely diced cucumber

Salad leaves for the base

6-7 cherry tomatoes cut in half

1/4 cup of finely chopped cilantro

1/2 cup bacon, ham, or turkey bacon, fried and chopped into small bites

For Dressing

1 tsp white vinegar

2 tbsp butter milk

1 tbsp ranch

1 tsp honey

Salt and pepper to taste

4 tsp of cheddar cheese grated

Method

Marinate the chicken with mustard, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Now, take a pan and add some oil to it, and let the chicken cook until it becomes soft. Make sure you add a little water, about 3 sips, and keep the lid on to let the chicken cook in steam for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked well.

Now, in a separate bowl, take all the veggies. Add dressing on top, and mix it well. Serve the yummy salad for dinner
