- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk
- 1tbsp honey
- 2 dates chopped
- 4 Strawberries
- Handful Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Chocolate chip
Method
We begin soaking chia seed in milk and keep it for 35 minutes. The chia seed will puff up and be ready now we add honey, chocolate chip, and date berries to this.Mix well and keep it in the fridge for an hour. Enjoy chilled.
