
This is an Indian version of a Chinese dish. Most popularly eaten in India. It’s very yummy and easy to make. Today I will teach you how to make this recipe very easily.
Ingredients
- 10 15 chicken wings drumette
- 2 tbsp garlic ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Crushed red chilli flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
Method
We have to first shape wings in a lollipop shape we do this by pushing all the meat from one thin end to the other Now we put them in a bowl adding all the above ingredients mixing them well and allowing them to sit for half an hour. Meanwhile, we prepare our batter to coat the lollipops.
Ingredients for coating Lollipops
- 5 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/ 2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 drops of red food color
Mix the above mixture well.
Now coat chicken lollipops in the batter and deep fry on low to medium flame. Don’t put them in cold oil preheat the oil before adding the lollipops. Fry until the drumsticks become golden brown.
Now we prepare the sauce to marinate.
Ingredients for sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 Chilli flakes
- Half chicken cube or 1/2 tsp chicken powder
Method
We prepare sauce by taking a pan and preheating it then we add a bit of oil in it. Now we add garlic paste and let it saute. Now we add soya sauce, chicken cubes and chili flakes with ketchup. We will add 1 cup little water to make it gravy form. Now take one tablespoon of corn flour mix in a little water and add in the gravy. When the sausage boils and starts to bubble we take the pan off the heat.
NOW we put the lollipop chicken in the sauce and mix well so that every lollipop is covered well in sauce.Garnish with sesame seed 9r thinly chopped green onions. Serve and enjoy them with egg-fried rice or you may eat them as it.
