Easy Yorkshire Pudding Recipe | Crispy & Puffy Every Time


This soft fluffy savory pudding is best for Christmas dinner parties. Best Served hot. It’s made with simple ingredients and has no rocket science recipe. All you need is simple ingredients from your pantry and start making this delicious Yorkshire pudding.

Cooking time :- 30 minutes
Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 whole eggs at room temperature

Pinch of salt

200 ml milk is 50 ml less than a cup

Any vegetable oil to grease the pan

Method

PREHEAT THE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES AT 180 C/350F.First, we begin taking a bowl and adding our sifted flour to it. Sifting flour helps any lump formation

Now we add in a pinch of salt and eggs and whisk until it becomes smooth. Now add milk and whisk further to firm smooth lumpless batter.

Now we grease our muffin tray with vegetable oil and pour in the batter.

Pop our tray in the oven for 30 minutes. Bake until the muffin rises and becomes golden brown. Don’t open the oven in between.

Serve hot with roasted meat or gravy for dinner
