Fluffy Oven-Baked Egg Bites – Meal Prep Breakfast

Egg is a superfood, and everyone loves eggs for breakfast. But if you are bored of eating it as an omelet and want to try something new, then try this extremely easy recipe of egg bites. It is so easy and makes a perfect protein-packed breakfast for you.These egg bites are perfect for keto diet or a high pritein breakfast option.

This recipe will make 10 egg bites

Ingredients :-

  • 6 large eggs
  • 20gm butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Finely chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham, bacon or turkey bacon, if you want a halal version of it

Method

First take an oil spray and sprays the muffin tray.

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F

In a bowl, break all the eggs and add salt and pepper and mix well. Now add melted butter to it and whisk well. Now add chopped spinach, about 1/2 cup. Now add bacon strips, finely diced, and mix well.

Now pour the mixture into the muffin tray, little pess than full
