INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg whisked
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 5 tbsp honey
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Take a bowl mash the bananas in it now add whisked egg, oil, honey, vanilla extract and baking powder and mix. Now add sifted wheat flour and a pinch of salt mix with the help of a spatula and whisk well.
Take a bread mold and align parchment paper in it with oil.
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 350C/ 180 F.
Now pour the batter into the molder. Pop in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.
Use a toothpick to check the center of the bread if it comes out clean. The bread is done.
You may add dark chocolate chips almonds or walnuts to enhance the flavor and nutritional value. Enjoy breakfast or evening tea.
