You can cook it a bit more to give it a crispy feel. Make thin crust pizza with it, or medium crust; this pizza dough recipe works just fine.
This recipe will make 2 medium-sized pizza doughs, about 12 inches.
Ingredients
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp active yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup warm water
METHOD
Take a glass of warm water and add 1 tbsp yeast in it with sugar mix and let it become frothy for half an hour.

Now, in a bowl, add 5 cups of flour, olive oil, salt and oregano. Now add the frothy yeast mixture to it and knead it well. Knead until the dough becomes smooth. Now apply oil on top and cover it with plastic film. Let the dough sit for 2 hours to help it rise and double. After 2 hours, punch the air out of the dough. Pizza dough is ready to be baked.

Bake it for 13 minutes at 250 °C/482 F.
How to shape a pizza dough?
You have to make two equal-sized round balls and dust them with some flour and flatten them with a rolling pin.

HOW TO STORE PIZZA DOUGH?
You can store the half-baked dough by baking it for 8 minutes and keep it in a plastic wrap in the refrigerator, and take it out when you want to bake a pizza just top with your favourite toppings and bake for 3 to 4 minutes in a preheated oven until cheese melts and becomes brown.
